The all inclusive hire charge is R57.00 per person.
A minimum charge for the Venue is R5000.00.
The above charge includes the following:
- The use of the Garden or Chapel (chairs excluded for the ceremony)
- 10 seater round tables
- Seating Easel
- Standby Generator
- Set up and cleaning staff
- Bar staff
- Candelabras
- Car Guard
Catering
Straven Court ’s exclusive caterer is Hamblin’s who offer a full package of menu choices to suit all requirements. (See Menu selector and sample Menus)
The catering includes the following:
Full length, embossed White Table Cloths.
Cutlery and Crockery
Cruet Sets
Table Numbers.
Waitrons.
Bar:
Straven Court offers a full bar. It can be tailored for your personal requirements. All bar equipment from glasses and ice to cork screws will be provided. Please speak to Evan on 082 448 6072 and he will tailor a package for you with our terms and conditions. Bar times are flexible and can be arranged to suit your requirements.
Accommodation
The venue is located only 20 minutes from Pietermaritzburg, where there are many B&Bs for your guests to make use of. However, should accommodation be required in Richmond please contact Sandy McKenzie on 083 228 7677 or Mandy Robertson on 082 865 8540.
